Pricing : All rates provided are exclusive of GST.
Minimum Order Requirement : The first minimum order required is `50,000. To include tablets with the first order, the minimum order amount must be `1,00,000 or above.
Free Transportation : To avail of free transport, every bill order amount must be `50,000 or more.
Courier Charges : Courier charges must be borne by the distributor.
Mode of Payment : Payments can be made via IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS.
Special Discount : Upto 5% Discount all orders above `50,000
Returns Policy : No returns will be entertained for expired goods.
Breakage Replacement : Breakages during transportation will be replaced only upon submission of valid proof of damage.
Monopoly Rights and Order Frequency : Distributors must place a minimum order of `50,000 every month to retain monopoly rights exclusivity. Failure to place orders for two consecutive months will result in the termination of the franchise.
